Getting to Know Durham
Durham & Sons, Inc. is an electrical and HVAC company that has been serving Brevard County since 1975.
Our business was founded by Ralph Durham following his 20 years of service in the Air Force. Over the decades, our company has become a family legacy, with three generations currently helping with everyday operations. Someday, we hope to have four generations participating.
To best serve Melbourne, Rockledge, and Palm Bay, we make customer satisfaction and quality service our top priorities. Every day, we work hard to bring our customers quick service at a fair price.
Thanks to our dedication and many years of ac and electrical experience, we’ve earned a reputation for reliability and honesty.
Why Choose Durham?
The reasons to choose Durham don’t end with our honesty and reliability. Other benefits of working with our HVAC and electrical company include:
Emergency Service
In Melbourne’s muggy weather, you can’t go for days without air conditioning. It’s not just unpleasant, it’s unsafe. Electrical issues also tend to be urgent. That’s why Durham offers emergency services. We are dedicated to the comfort and safety of our customers.
Veteran-Ownership
As a veteran-owned company in Melbourne, we know a thing or two about dedication and hard work. Ralph has instilled his values from the Air Force into our company. That’s why we are so committed to ensuring the comfort of our customers, and we’re willing to work twice as hard as other companies to achieve our goal.
Reliable Guarantees
When investing in HVAC work, customers want to be sure that they receive quality service. The same is true of EV charger and generator installation. That’s why we offer Satisfaction and Performance Guarantees. With these guarantees, you can be sure that our service and workmanship will be of excellent quality.
Convenient Financing
At Durham, we understand that the need for HVAC or electrical services can be unexpected. And often, it’s just not practical to wait on major repairs or replacements until you can adjust your budget. To address this dilemma, we offer financing through Wells Fargo for qualified customers in Brevard County.
Trustworthy Pricing and Practices
We want our customers in Melbourne to feel confident in trusting us with their HVAC systems. To accomplish this, we have a non-commission pay structure. Because of that, our team can focus on what you actually need instead of pushing extra equipment or add-ons. We also offer a reasonable $99 dispatch fee and a military discount.
